Add lights to the Mothership map instead of neons, because it’s hard to see at night in game.

My bad for not being specific, but I’m talking about replacing the neons with lamps or street lights. Because the neons don’t do much to lighten up the map.
Most likely would increase FPS for some players, I doubt this would be able to be done server-wide.
